Position Overview

We’re looking for a motivated Outdoor Lighting Technician to join our installation and service team. This role involves hands-on work installing low-voltage lighting systems, troubleshooting existing setups, and ensuring every project meets our high standards of quality and safety.

What You’ll Do

• Install and service low-voltage outdoor lighting systems
• Run wire, bury cable, mount fixtures, and perform clean, professional installations
• Troubleshoot lighting issues and perform repairs
• Work directly with customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
• Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and organized

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks
• Basic mechanical or electrical aptitude (low-voltage experience is a plus but not required)
• Able to move and work on ladders up to 40 feet tall
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn — we provide full training
