Outdoor Maintenance Crew Member

We are looking for reliable, hardworking landscape laborers to join our team for the upcoming season. This is a full-time, physically active outdoor position with consistent hours.

Job Responsibilities

The season will begin with spring clean-ups, which include:

• Removing leaves, sticks, and debris from lawns and landscaping beds
• Edging beds and preparing properties for the season
• Cutting back plants and light pruning
• General property clean-up and preparation

Ongoing responsibilities include:

Operating a zero-turn mower

• Spreading mulch
• Weeding garden beds
• String trimming (weed whipping)
• General lawn and landscape maintenance

Requirements

• Must be reliable and show up on time
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)

Schedule

• 40+ hours per week
• Monday through Saturday

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
