Our Outdoor Maintenance Technicians love our Pay-for-Performance pay plans and take great pride in their work, ensuring high-quality results while fostering a professional and supportive environment for crew members and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general landscaping duties on commercial properties
• Partner with professional lawn care crew to efficiently and safely meet weekly account maintenance goals, including mowing, trimming, and detailing
• Utilize equipment, machinery, and tools to complete assigned jobs as directed by the Crew Lead
• Assist with commercial landscaping installation as needed
• Assist with equipment cleaning and maintenance
• May be asked to assist the spraying/fertilizing crews

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in outdoor maintenance, landscaping, or a related field is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift up to 70 lbs
• Able to stand, bend, and squat for extended periods
• Knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment operation
• Valid Driver's License

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
