Redwud Creations is a specialized Healthcare Marketing Agency working with leading hospitals and clinics. We handle end-to-end marketing, internal & external branding, signage production, digital solutions, and patient-centric communication.

We are now hiring a proactive and field-ready Outdoor Marketing & Branding Executive to join our growing team.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will handle outdoor marketing activities, manage client branding requirements, and coordinate production of signage and other external branding materials. This is a field-intensive role that requires strong communication, relationship-building, and vendor-coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Outdoor Marketing & Sales

• Identify and onboard new hospital/clinic clients for branding and marketing solutions.
• Conduct field visits, pitch services, and generate leads.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business.

Branding & Production Coordination

• Oversee execution of hospital and clinic branding:
• Outdoor signages
• Internal branding (wall graphics, wayfinding, departmental boards, etc.)
• External façade branding
• Standees, promotional materials, LED boards, etc.
• Coordinate with vendors, printers, and fabrication teams for timely delivery.
• Conduct site audits, take measurements, and ensure installation accuracy.
• Monitor quality standards for all branding outputs.

Project & Client Management

• Understand client requirements and prepare briefs for design & production teams.
• Ensure branding materials align with healthcare standards and safety guidelines.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and daily field updates.
• Handle basic documentation, quotations, and reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years experience in:
• Outdoor/field marketing
• Hospital/healthcare marketing (preferred)
• Signage / branding production coordination
• Strong understanding of printing methods, materials, fabrication, signages.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively and manage multiple sites.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp communication, Google Drive, etc.)
