Outdoor / Patio Server

Description:

We’re seeking an experienced and energetic Outdoor/Patio Server to join our team for the upcoming season. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing exceptional service in a fast-paced outdoor dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve members and guests on the patio or outdoor dining areas.
• Accurately take orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized station before, during, and after service.
• Assist with setup and teardown of tables, chairs, and umbrellas.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, kitchen staff, and management during service.
• Manage multiple tables efficiently while multitasking in a high-volume environment.

Requirements:

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in varying outdoor weather conditions.
• Handle and carry large trays.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of serving experience, preferably in high-volume or outdoor dining.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and team-oriented demeanor.
