Outdoor Photographer & Videographer Coordinator Job Description

We are looking for a talented and energetic Outdoor Photographer & Videographer Coordinator to manage outdoor shoots, capture high-quality content, and coordinate with clients and team members for smooth project execution.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outdoor photography and videography for events, corporate shoots, weddings, products, and promotional content.
• Coordinate with clients regarding shoot schedules, locations, and requirements.
• Handle camera equipment, lighting, and accessories during outdoor shoots.
• Capture creative photos and cinematic videos with professional quality.
• Guide clients with poses and shooting concepts.
• Edit photos and videos when required.
• Ensure all equipment is properly prepared and maintained.
• Manage transportation and setup for outdoor assignments.
• Work closely with studio staff for timely project completion.
• Maintain professional behavior and excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Experience in outdoor photography and videography.
• Good knowledge of DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, gimbals, and lighting equipment.
• Skills in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Ability to work flexible hours for events and outdoor projects.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Creative mindset and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Drone operating knowledge.
• UAE driving license preferred.
• Social media reel/content creation skills.

Language

• English required
• Hindi / Urdu / Arabic preferred
