Outdoor Photographer & Videographer Coordinator Job Description
We are looking for a talented and energetic Outdoor Photographer & Videographer Coordinator to manage outdoor shoots, capture high-quality content, and coordinate with clients and team members for smooth project execution.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outdoor photography and videography for events, corporate shoots, weddings, products, and promotional content.
- Coordinate with clients regarding shoot schedules, locations, and requirements.
- Handle camera equipment, lighting, and accessories during outdoor shoots.
- Capture creative photos and cinematic videos with professional quality.
- Guide clients with poses and shooting concepts.
- Edit photos and videos when required.
- Ensure all equipment is properly prepared and maintained.
- Manage transportation and setup for outdoor assignments.
- Work closely with studio staff for timely project completion.
- Maintain professional behavior and excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Experience in outdoor photography and videography.
- Good knowledge of DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, gimbals, and lighting equipment.
- Skills in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Ability to work flexible hours for events and outdoor projects.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Creative mindset and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Drone operating knowledge.
- UAE driving license preferred.
- Social media reel/content creation skills.
Language
- English required
- Hindi / Urdu / Arabic preferred
