Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Outdoor POS Sales Executive to actively promote and sell our POS solutions, including card machines, POS software, and e-commerce integrations. This role involves direct interaction with merchants, conducting field visits, and closing sales opportunities on the ground.

Key Responsiblities:

• Conduct field visits to potential and existing merchants to promote POS solutions.
• Sell and onboard clients for POS card machines, POS software, and e-commerce payment solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and business partners.
• Demonstrate product features and explain benefits to decision-makers in person.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outdoor sales.
• Coordinate with the technical and operations team to ensure smooth installation and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of field visits, client interactions, and sales reports.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity in POS and payment solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in POS sales, fintech sales, or outdoor B2B sales.
• Strong knowledge of POS machines, card payment systems, software, and e-commerce solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in the field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
