Outdoor Post Sales Representative

Location: Dubai, UAE

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Outdoor Post Sales Representative to join our team in the field of sofa upholstery and curtain works. The ideal candidate will handle after-sales service while maintaining strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit clients (homes, offices, and project sites) for post-sales follow-up
• Ensure customer satisfaction after delivery and installation
• Handle complaints and service requests professionally on-site
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
• Inspect completed work and ensure quality standards are met
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Identify opportunities for repeat business, upgrades, or referrals
• Follow up with clients and close additional service or sales opportunities

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in outdoor sales or post-sales/customer service
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to deal with clients professionally
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Knowledge of upholstery, sofas, or curtains is an advantage
• Self-motivated and target-driven
