Outdoor Sales Executive – Job DescriptionPosition Summary

The Outdoor Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets through direct field visits and outdoor marketing activities. This role requires strong communication, persuasive selling skills, and the ability to work independently while representing the company professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
  • Visit clients at their locations to present products/services and provide demonstrations when required.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and submit daily sales reports, visit logs, and updates on client interactions.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales deals.
  • Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and outdoor campaigns to boost brand awareness.
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth delivery of products/services.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in outdoor/field sales or a similar role (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong persuasive and presentation skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques and CRM tools.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
