We are looking for a proactive and confident Outdoor Sales Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, and bring new business for our construction and maintenance services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in B2B or field sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outdoor visits to potential clients, contractors, real estate developers, and businesses.
  • Generate new leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Present company services professionally and confidently.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable construction/maintenance solutions.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups to build long-term business relations.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.
  • Prepare daily reports of visits, leads, and conversions.
  • Represent the company at meetings, site visits, and client discussions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Outdoor Sales (construction industry preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in the field.
  • Own transport is a plus.
  • Energetic, target-oriented, and confident personality.
  • Basic understanding of construction services, materials, or B2B sales.
