We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and promoting company products and services through field visits, site meetings, and direct customer engagement. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to work independently.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

  • Conduct outdoor field visits to meet potential and existing clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Deliver sales presentations to contractors, consultants, and clients.
  • Submit quotations, follow up on proposals, and close sales deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate closely with the operations and technical teams to meet client needs.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and industry trends.
  • Gather feedback from clients and share insights to improve company offerings.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
  • Update CRM or internal systems with new leads, visits, and follow-ups.
  • Submit visit reports and maintain organized record-keeping.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of outdoor or field sales experience (preferably in construction, steel fabrication, cranes, MEP, or similar industries).
  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of construction industry workflows.
  • Ability to read basic technical drawings (added advantage).
  • Strong network with contractors, suppliers, and site teams.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
