Outdoor Sales Executive

B2B & B2C – Creative Printing & Décor

Location: Dubai, UAE

Role Overview

We are hiring a driven Outdoor Sales Executive to generate and close B2B and B2C business for premium printing, art, and custom décor solutions. This role is for a hunter and closer who can build relationships, manage projects, and deliver revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new B2B clients (interior designers, architects, hospitality, corporates)
• Acquire high-value B2C residential projects (villas, apartments, private clients)
• Conduct client visits, consultations, and presentations
• Own the sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Negotiate pricing and close profitable deals
• Coordinate with internal teams for execution

Requirements

• 3+ years outdoor/field sales experience
• Background in printing, interiors, décor, fit-out, or creative services
• Proven closing and negotiation skills
• UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Target-driven and self-motivated
