Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive with experience in the telecommunications industry to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound and inbound sales calls, promoting telecom products and services, and consistently achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Make cold calling and outbound and handle inbound sales calls to potential and existing customers
• Promote and sell telecom products such as mobile plans, broadband, data packages, value-added services, or enterprise solutions
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable telecom solutions
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Accurately explain product features, pricing, and promotions
• Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems
• Handle customer objections professionally and close sales effectively
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion
• Comply with company policies, scripts, and quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Outdoor Sales Executive, preferably in the telecom industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Excellent command of spoken English
• Ability to work with targets and performance metrics
• Familiarity with CRM tools and call center systems
• Customer-focused attitude with a positive and confident phone presence

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience selling telecom products (SIM cards, postpaid/prepaid plans, broadband, fiber, or enterprise telecom solutions)
• Experience in B2C or B2B Outdoor Sales Executive
• Ability to work in shifts, if required
