Key Responsibilities:
- Actively generate new B2B clients (contractors, consultants, developers, architects, fabricators, and project owners)
- Visit customers on-site and build long-term business relationships
- Promote and sell aluminum, glass, façade, and related solutions
- Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and close deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
- Coordinate with technical, production, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Collect market feedback and report competitor activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outdoor B2B sales, preferably in aluminum, glass, façade, or construction materials.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage sales territory.
- Valid driving license (mandatory).
- Good understanding of the local construction market.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
