Outdoor Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executives to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, promoting products/services, and closing sales through direct field engagement. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits and direct client interactions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to customers
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitor activities
  • Prepare daily visit reports and maintain accurate sales records
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure successful deal closures
  • Provide excellent customer service and post-sale support

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to generate leads and close sales independently
  • Outdoor/field sales experience preferred
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident personality
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory, if applicable)

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: AED 3,000 per month
  • Commission: Attractive commission structure (per sale basis)
