Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Outdoor Sales Executive – Automotive Parts & Services to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background or interest in automobiles, with the ability to learn and understand our range of products and services. This field-based role involves meeting clients, promoting automotive parts and maintenance services, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell a wide range of automotive parts and vehicle services to garages, workshops, and individual customers
• Visit existing and potential clients regularly to build strong, long-term relationships
• Provide accurate technical information and support to customers regarding parts and service packages
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth
• Study and maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and services offered
• Generate and follow up on leads, quotations, and inquiries
• Collect customer feedback and report market trends
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage basic logistics such as order collection, delivery coordination, and payment follow-up

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of cars, automotive parts, and vehicle servicing (training will be provided)
• Willingness to continuously study and improve product knowledge
• Strong interpersonal and sales skills
• Valid driving license (mandatory)
• Preferably owns a car for daily field visits
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in automotive sales or outdoor sales is a plus
• Fluent in English; other local languages are an advantage
• Candidates from Kerala are preferred but not mandatory.
