The Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outdoor Sales Executive to drive sales through direct client engagement across Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets within the construction and building materials sector.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with contractors, builders, developers, interior designers, and hardware retailers.
  • Conduct regular field visits to existing and potential clients to promote products and secure orders.
  • Prepare and present quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals efficiently.
  • Provide expert advice on product suitability, technical details, and applications.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements & Skills
  • MUST HAVE: Minimum 3 years of outdoor sales experience in the building materials, hardware, or construction supply industry in the UAE.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new client relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction products such as sanitaryware, plumbing materials, hardware, and wood products.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license is essential.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and cover extensive travel across Dubai.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus.
