Outdoor Sales Executive – HVAC AMC & Smart Home Solutions

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a motivated Outdoor Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai.

Requirements:

• Must have own valid UAE visa (Freelance Visa / Family Visa )
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
• Own vehicle preferred
• Minimum 2 years UAE outdoor sales experience
• Experience in HVAC Maintenance Contracts (AMC), Air Conditioning Services, Home Maintenance, Smart Thermostats, or Building Services is preferred
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills
• Ability to generate leads and close deals independently
• Good knowledge of the Dubai market
• Fluent in English (Hindi, Punjabi, or Urdu is an advantage)

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and business opportunities
• Secure HVAC Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
• Promote Google Nest Thermostat installation and smart HVAC solutions
• Develop relationships with villa owners, property managers, real estate companies, and facility management companies
• Conduct client meetings and site visits
• Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into sales
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain regular sales reports and updates
