Outdoor Sales Executive (Steel Industry)

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in B2B or field sales.

Timings: 9:00am - 5:00pm

Location: Ocean Mall

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outdoor visits to potential clients, contractors, real estate developers, and businesses.
• Generate new leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Present company services professionally and confidently.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable construction/maintenance solutions.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to build long-term business relations.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.
• Prepare daily reports of visits, leads, and conversions.
• Represent the company at meetings, site visits, and client discussions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Outdoor Sales.
• Must have experience in Steel Industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Own transport is a plus.
• Energetic, target-oriented, and confident personality.
• Basic understanding of construction services, materials, or B2B sales.
