Role Summary
As an Outdoor Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be the face of our brand outside the showroom. You will be responsible for generating leads, building strategic relationships, and driving sales through active field-engagement. You will also support marketing initiatives that enhance the brand’s presence and reputation in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales
- Identify and approach potential clients (including HNWIs, designers, developers, corporate) through outdoor sales activities.
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Track and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, developers, and VIP clients.
- Represent the brand at industry events, design fairs, and networking functions.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure delivery satisfaction and cultivate repeat business.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience of 5 years in sales / marketing in the luxury furniture, interior design, or luxury goods sector. Roles dealing with high-value, bespoke, or project-based products are a strong plus. — for example, similar roles in luxury furniture have been advertised with these requirements. Agile Consultants+1
- Strong network or ability to build relationships in the design, architecture, real estate, or affluent client sectors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across Dubai / UAE. (Outdoor sales roles often require this)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
- Professional, polished appearance and strong client-facing skills.
