Outdoor sales officer

Role Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Outdoor Sales Officer with deep experience in the UAE Frozen Food/Ice Cream sector. The ideal candidate must have existing relationships with Dubai distributors, keen knowledge of the General Trade (GT) and HoReCa sectors, and the ability to drive bulk volume sales.

You will not just be taking orders; you will be opening new markets, managing distributor networks, and ensuring our products are stocked in high-volume outlets across Dubai.

Requirements & Qualifications

· Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of Outdoor Sales experience in Dubai, specifically in FMCG (Frozen Foods or Ice Cream experience is mandatory).

· Distributor Knowledge: Proven track record of working with major UAE food distributors and wholesalers.

· Driving: Valid UAE Driving License and own car (or willingness to drive company vehicle) is mandatory.

· Skills: Strong negotiation skills for bulk deals; ability to work in outdoor heat and pressure.

· Language: Fluent in English. Proficiency in Hindi/Urdu or Malayalam is a strong plus for trade relations; Arabic is an advantage.
