ZENITH SMART TECHNOLOGY LLC is looking for an energetic, motivated, and target-oriented Outdoor Sales Executive / Business Developer (Male & Female) specialized in ELV products.
Requirements:

- UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Job Summary:
As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, securing new business, negotiating deals, and professionally representing our company. This role focuses on ELV sales, Smart Home, Audio Visual, PA System, and BGM solutions.
Outdoor Sales means visiting shops, CCTV and Audio-Visual dealers, Smart Home companies, contractors, and consultants in the field to present and sell our ELV products and project solutions.
This position also acts as a Sales Executive and Business Developer, identifying new business opportunities and growing our customer network in UAE.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Outdoor Sales visits to shops, system integrators, and companies across different Emirates.
- Develop new customers and reactivate old clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Smart Home companies, Audio Visual dealers, PA System suppliers, BGM providers, and CCTV shops.
- Promote and sell ELV products, Audio Visual solutions, PA Systems, BGM systems, switches, and other Smart Home solutions.
- Expand our presence in the Smart Home, Audio Visual, PA System, BGM, and ELV markets.
- Provide market feedback and competitor analysis.
- Visit contractors and consultants to present our project-based ELV, Smart Home, and Audio Visual solutions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet assigned targets.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers; offer solutions and manage all Outdoor Sales activities within the assigned territory.
- Coordinate with the accounts department to ensure timely payments from customers.
- Ensure stock availability for product demonstrations and ELV sales.
- Negotiate and close deals; handle customer complaints professionally.
- Identify opportunities for sales improvement and growth.
- Monitor competitor activities and market conditions in the ELV, Smart Home, and Audio Visual sectors.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Actively seek new prospects through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Schedule meetings with potential clients and understand their requirements.
- Follow up with customers after meetings and send timely reminders.
- Prepare purchase plans for potential clients based on project needs.
- Respond to customer emails, send quotations, and prepare invoices.
- Organize and attend exhibitions as required.
Requirements & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of proven Sales Executive experience, preferably in ELV solutions, PA Systems, BGM, Audio Visual, and Smart Home products.
- Fluent in English (mandatory); Arabic and Urdu are strong advantages.
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Existing relationships and strong connections with Audio Visual traders, Smart Home suppliers, and ELV system integrators in UAE (highly preferred).
- Outdoor Sales experience within UAE market.
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email)
