Outdoor Sales Specialist

We are a leading Building Material Company looking for an Outdoor Sales Representative with the skills, confidence, and determination to grow with us.

This role is perfect for someone who can combine sales expertise with technical/mechanical knowledge, and who wants stability plus excellent earning potential.

Requirements:

• Self-Motivated, Confident, Fearless, and a Go-Getter.
• Outdoor Sales experience in the UAE construction market.
• Technical/Mechanical background (preferred – engineering/technical studies or practical expertise).
• Valid UAE Driving License (Manual preferred).
• Must be committed, hardworking, and looking for a long-term career.

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly sales targets and expand customer base across UAE.
• Conduct product demonstrations, site visits, and technical introductions.
• Account follow-ups & receivables management (including bad-debt recovery).
• Support in material deliveries when required.
• Handle miscellaneous sales & operational tasks to support company growth.

Salary Package & Benefits:

• AED 3,500/month (fixed salary).
• Commission on sales – motivated sales reps can earn up to AED 4,000 extra/month depending on performance.
