Outdoor Sales Specialist(HINDI SPEAKER)

Job Summary

The Outdoor Sales Specialist is responsible for promoting and selling company products by directly engaging with customers in outdoor locations such as markets, retail outlets, business areas, and events. The role focuses on building customer relationships, increasing brand visibility, and achieving sales targets through face-to-face marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products through outdoor and field sales activities
• Visit assigned locations, shops, or clients to present products and offers
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers
• Identify new sales opportunities and potential customers
• Maintain positive relationships with existing customers
• Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the team
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Keep records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Represent the company professionally at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in face-to-face customer interaction
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Willingness to work outdoors and travel within assigned areas
• Basic knowledge of smartphones/apps for reporting (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
