Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Outdoor Sales Team Leader with proven UAE market experience to lead and manage a team of sales representatives. This role acts as a key link between the sales team and the Flower Shop Manager, ensuring sales targets are met, team performance is optimized, and brand standards are consistently represented in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of sales representatives
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence
• Set sales targets and monitor individual and team performance
• Act as the main point of communication between the sales team and management
• Identify and pursue new corporate and retail clients within the UAE
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management
• Ensure the team represents the luxury brand image of Luxurious Flower at all times

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Outdoor Sales Team Leader or Senior Outdoor Sales Executive in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of the UAE market, client behavior, and sales practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Target-driven mindset with a strong focus on results
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
• Experience in luxury retail, floral, gifting, or FMCG sectors is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and report directly to management
