Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Water Gallon Delivery & Field Sales Representative.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily delivery of water gallons to customers using the company delivery truck, while also supporting basic on-route sales activities. The role involves interacting directly with customers during deliveries, promoting AquaVita products, identifying opportunities to gain new customers, and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure a professional and positive service experience at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver water gallons daily using the company delivery truck
• Load and unload water gallons while strictly following safety procedures
• Engage with customers during deliveries and build strong, long-term relationships
• Promote AquaVita products and close on-site sales when possible
• Support water distribution and delivery operations
• Contribute to customer expansion and overall business growth

Qualifications

• Ability to perform field-based and physical delivery work
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Previous experience in water gallon delivery (preferred)
• Experience in route sales or distribution roles is an advantage
• UAE driving license (preferred)
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong motivation to support sales growth and customer satisfaction

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed salary (1300-1500 AED) Monthly + Commission structure based on sales performance

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
