OUTDOOR SALES – HYPERMARKET EXPERIENCE
We are a dynamic and growth-oriented company in the FMCG / Retail space. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Outdoor Sales Executive to manage and grow our relationships with hypermarket retailers across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with hypermarket key accounts to drive product penetration and maximize shelf presence
- Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, logistics) to ensure timely availability of stock and promotional materials
- Monitor in-store merchandising, conducting regular audits of shelf layouts, display compliance, and inventory levels
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with hypermarket buyers and decision-makers
- Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to inform demand planning and strategy
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in outdoor sales, preferably within FMCG or retail, with proven exposure to hypermarket environments
- Demonstrated success in managing large retail accounts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales and market data
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
- Valid UAE driving license with car is preferred
- Candidates must be currently available in the UAE.
