Outdoor Salesman

Key Responsibilities

  • Territory Management: Developing and executing strategies to increase market share within a specific, assigned geographic territory.
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively sourcing new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Customer Meetings: Conducting in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with potential and existing clients.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to successfully close sales and meet revenue quotas.
  • Relationship Management: Maintaining, retaining, and expanding relationships with current clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Reporting & Administration: Using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to document sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue data. Betterteam +4

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience as an outside sales representative, field sales representative, or similar role.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills for effective negotiations and presentations.
  • Self-Motivated: High energy, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Networking: Excellent networking capabilities to build a robust professional network.
  • Education: A high school
  • Driver license required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
