Key Responsibilities
- Territory Management: Developing and executing strategies to increase market share within a specific, assigned geographic territory.
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively sourcing new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Customer Meetings: Conducting in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with potential and existing clients.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to successfully close sales and meet revenue quotas.
- Relationship Management: Maintaining, retaining, and expanding relationships with current clients to encourage repeat business.
- Reporting & Administration: Using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to document sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue data. Betterteam +4
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as an outside sales representative, field sales representative, or similar role.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills for effective negotiations and presentations.
- Self-Motivated: High energy, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Networking: Excellent networking capabilities to build a robust professional network.
- Education: A high school
- Driver license required
