Outdoor Salesman

Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Salesman with strong communication skills and proven sales experience. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of field or retail sales experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships. A valid driving license is mandatory, as this role may require customer visits and fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and follow-ups.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
• Handle inquiries, generate leads, and close sales professionally.
• Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth delivery, billing, and support..

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of proven sales experience (field sales preferred).
• Valid driving license (mandatory).
• Excellent communication skills strong English required.
