Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Door-to-Door Sales Representative based in Dubai. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, showcasing and promoting product offerings, and closing sales transactions. Responsibilities include maintaining a deep understanding of the company’s product range, effectively communicating product benefits to customers, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The representative will work directly with clients, provide feedback to the sales team, and may assist in training and mentoring team members.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with a diverse range of customers.
• Demonstrated ability in Sales and Sales Management, including achieving and exceeding targets.
• Experience in customer Training and the ability to share product knowledge with others.
• Familiarity or prior experience in the Beauty Industry or related sectors is an advantage.
• Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently on-site.
• Prior experience in door-to-door or direct sales is a plus.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is beneficial to cater to Dubai’s diverse clientele.

Benefits

Basic Salary from 3000-3500 + 1% Commissions + Visa + Health Insurance +Company Car + Sim card with mobile phone

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
