We are looking for a young and talented Salesman for our CNC Tooling division. The salesman will be responsible for generating sales by meeting with clients face-to-face, traveling to different industrial zones, and building strong customer relationships. Key duties include prospecting for new clients, understanding their requirements and pain points to present them with the right solutions from our tooling range and achieving sales targets through a combination of in-person interactions and relationship management.
Key responsibilities:
- Prospecting and lead generation:Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, such as workshop visits, networking events, cold calling, and referrals.
- Client relationship management:Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing customers through regular communication and in-person meetings.
- Sales and presentations:Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of the products.
- Customer service:Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and issues promptly.
Skills
- Fluency in English (Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil etc preferred)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to understand and grasp new information quickly
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage travel and appointments effectively.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a sales territory effectively.
- Valid UAE Drivers License.
