The Eastside Explorers and The Courts Fitness and Enrichment programs are family owned, social model adult day programs for differently abled adults. These programs focus on small group socialization and community integration for participants while offering respite for families and care home providers. Both programs are open M-F between the hours of 8am to 5pm. This position is a part-time positions upon hire with lots of opportunities for advancements.

Outings Driver $24.00hr. starting wage once approved

We are looking for driver/skills trainer to join our exploration team driving our Class C Passenger Van on community outings!

Specific Qualifications for Driving Position:

· Must be at least 25 years old and have a valid driver’s license (additional training/ certifications for driving a Class C Passenger Van to be done upon hire)

· Must have a clean driving record for the past 10 years.

· Preferred experience driving a Class C Passenger Van, but not required.

· Preferred experience working with Differently Abled Adults/ difficult behaviors.

· Willingness to actively engage participants/ provide care as needed while on community outings

· Must have a high school diploma or GED

· Must pass a criminal background check.
