OUTLET ASSISTANT MANAGER

Summary


We are looking for an experienced Outlet Assistant Manager to support the opening of Hyatt Place AlUla.

Hyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt’s expansion across the region and will feature 215 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers.


Your Role

As the Outlet Assistant Manager, you’ll support the Outlet Manager in overseeing operations and ensuring smooth service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily operations of the outlet
  • Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction
  • Support supervision of outlet staff and schedules
  • Coordinate with kitchen and other departments
  • Monitor inventory and operational efficiency
  • Handle guest feedback and assist in resolving issues

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food and beverage operations
  • Strong communication and team support skills
  • Good understanding of service standards and guest experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good organizational skills
  • Excellent English communication
