Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily outlet operations
Manage and lead outlet staff
Receive and control stock deliveries
Ensure product availability on shelves
Train staff on FIFO and store procedures
Deliver excellent customer service
Monitor and improve outlet sales performance
Maintain cleanliness and operational standards

Requirements:
✔ Previous experience in a supermarket, grocery, or retail environment
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔ Ability to manage staff and achieve sales targets
✔ Knowledge of inventory control and customer service

Location: Bahrain
Salary: Based on experience
