We’re Hiring: Outlet Manager – Bangalore


How we got here:

Nitin and Manit — both entrepreneurs — grew up loving North Indian comfort food.


Missing the Delhi wale Chole Bhature, Haridwar wali Aloo Poori, and Desi Ghee Parathas from home, they started Khao Aur Khane Do in Chandigarh. After perfecting the recipe, they realised the secret to good food lies not just in the ingredients, but in the honour , respect , and care invested in its making.

The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Outlet Manager to lead one of our first outlet in Bangalore.

You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, uphold our high standards of quality and guest experience, and guide your team to deliver service that’s warm, efficient, and consistent.


This is a role for someone who’s organized, proactive, and passionate about hospitality — someone who takes ownership of their outlet like it’s their own kitchen.


What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations , ensuring smooth service and adherence to brand standards
  • Prepare and manage weekly rosters , ensuring optimal staffing and shift coverage
  • Supervise FOH and BOH teams, ensuring high levels of coordination and communication
  • Conduct daily briefings , ensure team readiness, and monitor performance throughout the day
  • Lead training and development sessions to improve service, speed, and product knowledge
  • Maintain inventory and stock control , ensuring timely ordering and minimal wastage
  • Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in line with FSSAI and company policy
  • Handle guest feedback with empathy, turning every experience into a memorable one
  • Track outlet performance — from sales and wastage to feedback and attendance — and report regularly to the operations team
  • Support and participate in new initiatives, events, or brand activations at the outlet


What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in café, restaurant, or QSR outlet management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
  • Experience managing rosters, training, and shift planning
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • A calm, people-first approach, and genuine love for hospitality 💛


Compensation

Negotiable, based on experience.
