We are looking for an experienced and energetic Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clothing retail outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing store staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the store meets its financial and operational targets.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the clothing outlet.
- Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Implement store policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Monitor store opening and closing procedures.
Sales & Revenue
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue.
- Promote upselling and cross-selling among the sales team.
- Plan promotional campaigns and in-store activities to increase footfall.
Customer Service
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and positive shopping experience.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain strong relationships with regular customers.
Team Management
- Supervise, train, and motivate store staff.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members.
- Ensure staff follow company policies and maintain professional conduct.
Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse or procurement teams.
- Ensure proper stock display and merchandising.
- Conduct regular stock audits and manage shrinkage/loss prevention.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor expenses and ensure the outlet operates within budget.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and retail standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 5-7 years of experience in retail management, preferably in clothing or fashion retail.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Good understanding of retail sales, merchandising, and inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
