Outpatient Child and Adolescent Mental Health Therapist

Due to the rapid growth of our outpatient mental health program, Alepix Behavioral Clinic has an immediate need for full-time Therapists for our Child and Adolescent mental health outpatient program.

Responsibilities and Duties include:

  • Conduct initial intake - assess risks, mental status, and course of treatment.
  • Work with patients and their families to evaluate current challenges and help them navigate through their treatment journey.
  • Conduct individual, and family therapy sessions.
  • Establish, implement, and maintain treatment goals and objectives.
  • When needed, interact with other mental health professionals, school officials, and other providers that need to be involved in the treatment process.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology or related degree. Pennsylvania License preferred but not necessary.
  • License eligible candidates are encouraged to apply. Supervision towards licensure provided.
  • Minimum of 2 years direct counseling experience working with adults and children in a mental health setting.
  • Act 33/34 & FBI Clearances.
  • Valid Driver’s License.

This position will be Monday through Friday, with one evening per week. Alepix offers an excellent salary and benefits package for full-time positions.' Salary is commensurate with experience.
