Position Summary
We are seeking a Master’s Level Clinician to provide individual and group therapy services within our outpatient program. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about substance use and mental health treatment and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
You will play a key role in guiding clients through their recovery journey by providing clinical support, developing treatment plans, and ensuring high-quality documentation and care coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy to clients in an outpatient setting
- Conduct intakes, screenings, and comprehensive assessments
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
- Complete discharge planning and summaries
- Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Coordinate care with clinical leadership and multidisciplinary team
- Provide case management support as needed
- Participate in team meetings and clinical staffing
- Ensure client confidentiality and uphold client rights at all times
- Support program growth through community outreach and engagement as needed
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Registered or licensed in the state of Texas
- AMFT, ACSW, APCC, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC (or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in substance use and/or mental health treatment preferred
- Strong knowledge of recovery models, trauma-informed care, and co-occurring disorders
- Experience with EMR systems and clinical documentation
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Work Environment

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
