Outpatient Clinician

Position Summary

We are seeking a Master’s Level Clinician to provide individual and group therapy services within our outpatient program. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about substance use and mental health treatment and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

You will play a key role in guiding clients through their recovery journey by providing clinical support, developing treatment plans, and ensuring high-quality documentation and care coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and group therapy to clients in an outpatient setting
  • Conduct intakes, screenings, and comprehensive assessments
  • Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
  • Complete discharge planning and summaries
  • Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
  • Coordinate care with clinical leadership and multidisciplinary team
  • Provide case management support as needed
  • Participate in team meetings and clinical staffing
  • Ensure client confidentiality and uphold client rights at all times
  • Support program growth through community outreach and engagement as needed

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
  • Registered or licensed in the state of Texas
  • AMFT, ACSW, APCC, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in substance use and/or mental health treatment preferred
  • Strong knowledge of recovery models, trauma-informed care, and co-occurring disorders
  • Experience with EMR systems and clinical documentation
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Work Environment

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
