Overview:
AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join a busy, well-established outpatient Gastroenterology practice in Palm Coast, Florida. This role supports a high-volume GI clinic and plays a key part in maintaining patient access, supporting procedural coordination, and ensuring continuity of care.

This is an opportunity within an existing, fully operational outpatient practice—offering immediate patient volume, strong team support, and a seamless onboarding experience.

About the Role:

The incoming APP will work collaboratively with physicians and fellow APPs in a team-based environment focused on outpatient gastroenterology care. Responsibilities include chronic disease management, patient follow-ups, and coordinating care related to GI procedures.

This position is ideal for an APP who enjoys building patient relationships and delivering high-quality care in a structured clinic setting.

Job Qualifications:

• Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA-C)
• Gastroenterology experience preferred
• Minimum of 3+ years of clinical experience
• Eligible for Florida licensure
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
