• **Overview:**We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in mental health counseling and crisis intervention. This position offers the opportunity to work with individuals requiring various levels of support and intervention.**Responsibilities:**- Provide individual and family therapy sessions- Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans- Offer crisis management and intervention services- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for case management- Maintain accurate and confidential client records following HIPAA guidelines- Utilize telehealth platforms for remote counseling sessions**Experience:**The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:- Proven experience in mental health counseling and clinical counseling- Proficiency in crisis intervention and crisis management techniques- Experience working with specialized populations is a plus.- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication and collaboration. We are not accepting resumes for associate level providers unless they are within 3 months of full licensure.**Preference will be given to providers who are already credentialed. However, if the provider is not credentialed, we will assist with that process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
