Outpatient Mental Health Therapist (LCSW/LCPC)

Mathers Clinic LLC is actively hiring a fully licensed LCSW or LCPC for a hybrid outpatient therapy role based primarily in Woodstock and Crystal Lake. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who wants to build and maintain a strong caseload in a supportive outpatient setting. We provide a steady referral base, internal referrals from our multidisciplinary team, and marketing support through platforms such as Zocdoc to help clinicians grow their schedule quickly.

At Mathers Clinic, therapists work alongside psychiatric nurse practitioners, physicians, and other behavioral health professionals as part of a collaborative treatment team. We serve primarily adults, though experience working with adolescents or a willingness to work with adolescent patients is a plus.

Position Highlights

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Illinois LCSW or LCPC license
• Must be fully authorized to practice independently in Illinois
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as long as fully licensed
• Experience with adult outpatient mental health treatment preferred
• Experience with adolescents, or willingness to work with adolescents, is a plus
• Experience working with substance use and dual-diagnosis populations is a plus
• Ability to conduct evaluations, complete psychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapy
• Warm, professional, flexible, and team-oriented approach

• Flexible schedule
• Some evening availability or alternate Saturdays will help fill the schedule faster
