About the Position

Crystal Lake Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient orthopedic practice. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a new graduate eager to learn, we're looking for someone who values quality care, lifelong learning, and building lasting relationships with patients.

Our therapists enjoy the freedom to think critically, develop individualized treatment plans, and spend meaningful time with each patient without the pressure of unrealistic productivity demands.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients to promote long-term recovery and wellness
• Collaborate with a supportive team of physical therapists and staff
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Deliver outstanding customer service and patient experiences

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Current Illinois Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
