Outpatient Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Locations: Cupertino (Full-Time/Part-Time) and Burlingame (Part-Time)

Role: Providing in-person occupational therapy

Salary: $90,000 to $120,000/year DOE

DICP is a collaborative pediatric clinic providing play-based OT and PT grounded in a sensory integration framework. We value clinical excellence, teamwork, and professional growth. Optional areas of focus include feeding, bowel/bladder, handwriting, SSP, and trauma-informed care.

What we offer: a competitive salary ($90k–$120k DOE), a $2,000 hiring bonus (paid at 3 and 6 months), $10/hour weekend bonus, one month of paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with match, FSA, CEU support, and built-in mentorship.
