Outpatient Physical Therapist - 1 on 1 care

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. We only do 1 on 1 care to allow for quality care with our patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various areas of physical therapy, including orthopedics, and balance training. This role involves working closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans, facilitate recovery, and enhance overall physical function. The Physical Therapist will play a crucial role in evaluations and discharge planning, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive support throughout their rehabilitation journey. New graduate training available.

Duties

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall functionality.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition from inpatient care to home or community settings.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress notes.

Requirements

• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong knowledge of human physiology and anatomy relevant to physical therapy practices.
• Experience in outpatient settings preferred.
• Background in personal injury and/or workers comp is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in discharge planning processes and home community care strategies.
• Familiarity with orthopedic conditions and treatments is an advantage.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
