Outpatient Physical Therapist

Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Per Diem Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, individualized care in a supportive outpatient setting, with a strong emphasis on one-on-one patient treatment sessions. The ideal candidate is friendly, caring, and committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience.

This position also offers the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for a diverse outpatient population
• Provide one-on-one, hands-on therapy sessions tailored to each patient’s needs
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, recovery, and injury prevention
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Foster a positive, welcoming, and supportive environment for patients

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport and trust with patients
• Commitment to patient-centered, one-on-one care
• Previous outpatient experience preferred, but not required. New grads welcomed.

Work Schedule:

• Per diem/as-needed basis
• Flexible scheduling based on clinic needs and therapist availability

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
