Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a licensed physical therapist with strong orthopedic experience and pelvic health training. This role is best suited for someone who is passionate about helping individuals feel strong, confident, and connected to their bodies through every stage of life, while providing personalized, evidence-based care in a supportive environment.

The Role

As a physical therapist at PRO Therapy, you will be primarily responsible for creating WOW experiences for each patient from the first point of contact. You will always place person, before patient to build long-term relationships and deliver results. You need to consistently be open to change, act as a team player, demonstrate a desire to pursue growth & learning, and bring a positive attitude to all your interactions daily.

Responsibilities

Your primary job function is to ensure that PRO Therapy patients complete their recommended plan of care via the following:

· Direct communication with patients allowing them to confidently make the right decision about the plan of care you suggest from start to finish

· Develop mutually beneficial relationship between the patient and the practice

· Effectively and confidently communicate the value of our service fees/prices

· Ensure patients remain excited about the prospect of coming to each visit and remain committed to the treatment plan you suggest

· Provide high level customer care that drive patients to refer friends, family, and co-workers about the practice

· Ensure clinical notes are kept up-to-date, accurate and completed effectively and efficiently in accordance with policies

· Ability to manage patients with variety of backgrounds and personalities

· Eagerness to continually grow and learn

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Required Qualifications

· Specialization in women’s health/pelvic floor is preferred but experienced and qualified therapists with a strong interest in women’s health will be considered

· Valid and current physical therapist license in the state of Minnesota

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work in a highly functioning, fast paced team environment

· Commitment to PRO Therapy mission and values

· CPR/AED certification or willingness to become certified

· Must maintain patient safety, HIPAA, license and company policies

· Possess the physical and mental ability to perform duties of a physical therapist

· Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals throughout the patient care process

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
