Outpatient Physical Therapist (New Grads Welcome)

Practice Physical Therapy at a Level That Actually Matches Your Training

You became a Physical Therapist to solve real problems, think critically, and create outcomes that matter.

You want to see patients improve because of your care, not despite the system you are working in.

You want to build skill, confidence, and a career that grows with you, not one that plateaus after your first year.

At Magnolia Physical Therapy, that is exactly what this role is built for.

This is a therapist-owned, nationally recognized outpatient clinic where the entire model is designed around one thing.

When the structure is right, everything changes.

Your care improves. Your confidence grows. Your energy lasts. And Physical Therapy starts to feel like a profession you are proud to be in again.

If you are looking for a role where your clinical ability is fully utilized and continuously developed, keep reading.
