Catalyst Physical Therapy & Wellness is growing — and we’re looking for a licensed Physical Therapist who’s ready to thrive in a role that blends clinical impact with quality of life.

This is a part-time transitioning to full-time position.

• Across all 3 locations, you’ll enjoy access to high-end recovery tools: red light therapy, Class IV laser, cold plunges, hyperice equipment, vibration therapy, saunas and more

What You’ll Do:

• Provide physical therapy focused on results, relationships, and return to function
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary wellness team
• Educate and guide patients toward long-term recovery and performance goals
• Leverage add-on cash services to improve outcomes and raise revenue per visit
• Contribute to an inspiring, supportive clinic culture

Who We’re Looking For:

• Licensed (or license-pending) Physical Therapist in California
• Someone excited to build relationships, not just fill visit slots
• A PT who thrives in a hybrid model (insurance + cash pay services)
• Willing to work closely with trainers, massage therapists, athletic performance teams
• A PT who wants to push patients to be more proactive as opposed to reactive with their health care
• Open to mentorship, personal growth, and being part of a tight-knit clinical team

Compensation & Perks:

• $85,000–$94,000 per year, based on experience (calculated from $41–$45/hr)
