The Outreach Assistant will perform a variety of tasks and support the Outreach and Development Departments at CHS.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supports Outreach and Development team with special events and campaigns.
Collaborates with cross‑functional teams to support the implementation of the organization’s brand and vision.
Assists in maintaining Outreach supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies.
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Promotes a positive safety culture to make CHS a safe place in which to work. Safe work practices and policies for this position shall be reviewed and followed.
Completes training as stated by CHS policy HRD-P-022 – Training.
