Outreach & Partnerships Intern

We are looking to onboard a motivated and professionally driven Marketing & Partnerships Intern to support our growing outreach efforts for Recruitment, Digital HR Solutions and Youth Development Initiatives across Pakistan.

Location: Islamabad | Onsite

Duration: 3 Months (can convert to Full Time role based on performance)

This is a Paid hands-on Internship designed for individuals who are serious about building a career in B2B marketing, business development, or partnerships.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

→ Identifying and generating qualified B2B leads as well as, working on LinkedIn outreach and digital lead generation campaigns.

→ Executing targeted email marketing campaigns and conducting professional cold calls and prospect follow-ups.

→ Preparing and delivering business proposals to potential clients along with supporting local and global partnership development and stakeholder engagement

→ Maintain CRM records, track outreach pipelines, and produce performance reports.

→ Contribute to co-marketing and branding initiatives with B2B partners.

Requirements

→ Confident communicator — on call, over email, and in writing.

→ Comfortable with cold outreach and consistent professional follow-ups.

→ Basic understanding of B2B sales, marketing, or business development.

→ Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and email marketing tools.

→ Strong proposal and business writing skills.

→ Organized, target-oriented, and self-motivated.

→ Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills
